I acknowledge that once an appointment is scheduled a deposit will be required to secure the booking. The terms of this deposit will be provided in the deposit form distrubuted at the discretion of the artist. I alo understand that any 'no show', cancellation or rescheduling within 72 hrs of an appointment will result in the loss of monies paid. I understand and agree to these terms.
